Pest Control Technician
If customer service is your jam and you want to make a difference with a team that is dedicated to providing quality pest control service, we want to hear from you. We are seeking enthusiastic self-starters that strive for excellence. Here is more about the position:
- Running a daily route where you will be resolving customer pest concerns and issues
- Maintaining truck and equipment in proper working order
- Keeping accurate records of treatments provided
- Collecting payments for services rendered
- Mixing, applying and working with pesticides in accordance with State and Federal laws
- Monday thru Friday and every other Saturday (opportunity to earn overtime)

Requirements
- Pest control experience a bonus
- A clean driving record is required (no more than one traffic violation in the past 3 years)
- A minimum of 5 years with a valid driver’s license is required
- A drug test will be administered on all candidates
- A background check will be administered on all candidates.

Customer Service Specialist
Customer service is EVERYTHING to us and must be to the candidate in this role. The ability to multitask, prioritize, communicate effectively and pay attention to detail in a fast-paced environment are the most important parts of this position. Here is a little more about the position:
- Full time schedule; 5-day work schedule Mon-Fri
- Fielding inbound customer calls and resolving customer care concerns
- Maintaining and scheduling routes and notifying customers of upcoming services
- Aiding in data entry and office organization
- Keeping accounting records and check logs
- Resolving credit card disputes
- Reaching out on collecting accounts with past due balances
- Ensuring daily billing is accurate and that accounts are charged appropriately
- Excellent organizational skills are a must!
Requirements
- Minimum 1-year customer service or office administration experience
- A drug test and background check will be performed on all new hires. No felonies or misdemeanors.
